At Desio, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer the option to exchange any unopened boxes of lenses within  30 days of purchase. However, please note that toric lenses are custom-made and therefore not eligible for exchange.

 

To initiate a return, simply log into your Desio account and raise a ticket or email support@desiolens.com requesting our return procedures.

 

Please keep in mind that the Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the lenses to our headquarters in Italy, as well as a standard reshipping fee based on the chosen shipping method.

 

It's important to note that if the lenses have been opened, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
