Service & Conditions

• Packages are delivered from Monday to Friday.
• There will be no delivery on Saturday, Sundays or public holidays.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
• The delivery guarantee is fulfilled with the first delivery attempt.
• If the delivery deadline falls on a public holiday, the delivery deadline will be extended until the end of the next business day.
• The delivery guarantee does not apply in the event of late delivery as a result of force majeure, delays caused by weather conditions, custom delays, strike or similar circumstances beyond Desio’s control.
