Generally, we do not require a direct signature for our packages. However, we reserve the right to request it for any parcels we send out.
If there is no authorized recipient available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left, and the parcel will be held at the local courier office/collection point for a limited time.
If you don't receive a notification, you can still claim the parcel by visiting the courier office and providing the tracking code.
Please note, that shipping may not require a signature in certain countries; whether a signature is necessary depends on the chosen courier service and your country of residence.
